If you have received a credit card charge from our company (FloridaShowtime.com) prior to March 10, 2008, please note that we are unable to issue any refunds as we do not have access to credit card transaction information. We do not have a credit card terminal in our office and we never swiped your card. We also do not have your personal or credit card information and we did not receive funds from your credit card.

Please contact your bank or credit card company immediately and open a chargeback dispute.

Also, in our mutual interest we ask that you please help us investigate this matter. Please email or mail us a copy of your credit card statement that shows the date and amount charged under our company name.
