IMPROPER INSTALLATION
In no event shall UnbrandedElectronics.com, its subsidiaries or

representatives or agents be liable for any personal injury or property
damage that may arise during equipment installation including but not
limited to, equipment burnout, electrical shock, burns, fire, death.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is
placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is
received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return
policy to determine your preferred method of return.
RETURN GUIDELINES
- All products we sell are
inspected for any damages prior to shipping.
- We offer a 30 day exchange
policy from date of purchase on any defected item, abuse is NOT covered.
- There is no fee for
defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product.
- For any exchange, we need
the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the
product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar
code, packaging, and all accessories. The value of missing items will be
deducted from the products price amount and the customer is responsible
for paying the difference in price for the missing items prior to
receiving the exchange.
SHIPPING
We provide free worldwide
shipping for all orders. Delivery time may vary from 5-14 days depending
on your location, some items may take longer.
In no event shall
UnbrandedElectronics.com, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their
respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be
liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive
damages arising out of late delivery, lost or damaged package. The
customer is responsible for contacting our customer service immediately if
they do not receive their product within a given time frame or the product
they received was damaged during shipping.
PAYMENT
For online orders we accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and
Discover. Florida Showtime is the payment processor and will appear on
your credit card statement. For mail orders we accept: Money Order,
Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Bank Draft. All forms of payment must be
in United States Dollar Currency. All information regarding orders is kept
strictly confidential and will never be sold or placed on mailing lists.
TAX LAWS
We do not charge taxes on any purchase. However a customer may be charged
customs taxes directly by their government upon package arrival. It is the
customer's responsibility to investigate what tax laws exist in their
country/region and to abide by those laws. In no event shall

respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be
liable for a customer's violation of any local, county, or federal tax
laws in a customer's Country and/or Region.
